1:1 Consultations

Consultation fees cover reserved time and preparation and are generally non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or conducted.

Project payments may become non-refundable once work has commenced, because resources and production time have been committed.

If a project is cancelled, any refund or outstanding amount will depend on the work already completed and the agreed project terms.

Work requested outside the agreed scope may be separately billed.
